Common Questions
Do my friends need to pay to join my room?
No. Joining is free for everyone at any room size. Plans change what you can host and how much you can train. One Shark can run a 50-seat floor where 49 people play free.
What's the difference between the Championship and the Premier League?
Both are monthly tournaments. The Championship is open to every trader at every tier. The Premier League is the top flight for Reg and Shark members, with tougher fields and bigger winning prizes.
How does the student discount work?
Sign in with your school's .edu Google account and checkout takes 20% off automatically, monthly or annual. If you signed up with a personal email, switch to your .edu account before upgrading.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page in two clicks and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Email us for questions about anything else: support@mockx.org.
